The secret of
The 300 series sprung steel allows the blades to be set with a huge shearing angle - about three times that possible with ordinary steel scissors.
Sprung steel allows a large shearing angl between th blades, keeping the cut sharp and true The high angle on the blades means that they are pressed together tightly throughout the shearing action, resulting in a perfect cut every time - right to the tip of the blades.
Viewed from above, the blades overlap. The angle between the blades is called the shearing angle.
